eCOMMERCE ASSISTANT | FULL-TIME | BYRON BAY
We are growing! As a result, we are looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join the team. Supporting our eCommerce Manager and Marketing Manager and working as part of a team of talented Marketing professionals you will assist in the day-to-day processes required to grow our eCommerce and digital marketing channels.
What you'll contribute to and how you'll make an impact:
- Resize and prepare all website assets for collection launches
- Manage upload process of all product imagery to AU & US websites for each product delivery
- Prepare digital advertising assets for all digital marketing channels and share with key agency partners
- Merchandise all collection pages for campaign launches and coordinate ongoing page merchandising with the Merchandise Team
- Upload website assets created for homepage, campaign pages and blog to Shopify platform
- Maintain Instagram Shop by updating bestselling products and promotional activity
- Ensure all elements (copy, images, products, store information) across the website are up to date at all times
- Build and test campaign eDMs and coordinate deployment with eCommerce and Marketing team
- Clean database on an on-going basis
- General administrative duties to assist eCommerce Manager
Skills / Experience required:
- Basic experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign or Photoshop is preferred, not essential)
- Experience with email marketing tools (Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo or similar, not essential)
- Experience with basic analytic tools (Google Analytics or similar, not essential)
- All major local social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Basic experience with a CMS (Shopify, Wordpress, Squarespace or similar)
- Strong presentation, design, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle pressure in growth environment
- Solution driven and creative thinking
- High attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
