Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining/cancelling your order, or changing the delivery method originally chosen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to send your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
All Auguste orders are hand-picked and packed in Burleigh Heads, Australia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express services for online orders if chosen.

Do I need to pay customs fees, import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Auguste will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.
If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Auguste gladly accepts change of mind returns for refund within 14 Days. You can read our Returns Policy here.
Can I return sale items?
Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund unless faulty.

Can online purchases be returned to the Auguste Boutiques?
At this time our boutiques are not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.
Where are you located?
Our head office is located in Byron Bay, Australia. Our designs are exclusive to online and our boutique is located in Byron Bay.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay is available for Australian, New Zealand and UK customer orders and is similar to lay-by, however, instead of waiting for your purchase, it's sent immediately! Afterpay’s instalment plan means you can pay off your purchase in four equal instalments due every fortnight.
First-time Afterpay customers provide payment details as per usual, whilst returning customers can just log-in to make a new purchase. To use Afterpay, select the Afterpay option at checkout. After checkout, your order will be shipped to you as per our standard despatch timing.
At any time, you can log-in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and pre-pay a payment before the due date. If no pre-payments are made, Afterpay will automatically deduct the payments from your debit or credit card every fortnight on the payment date.
