Can I change or cancel my order? As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
How long will it take to receive my order? For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to send your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
All Auguste orders are hand-picked and packed in Byron Bay, Australia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on using express services for all online orders.
Within Australia: Delivery is between 1-3 business days within metropolitan NSW, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia.
Outside Australia: Delivery is between 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Do you send orders express worldwide? Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with Australia Post E-Parcel express service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL express courier service as a reputable shipping agency.
How much will shipping cost? We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.

Do I need to pay customs fees, import duties and taxes? Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Auguste will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.
If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
I think my order is faulty If you think you have a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with images of the concern and quote your order number.
Can online purchases be returned to the Auguste Boutiques? At this time our boutiques are not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.
Where are you located? Our head office is located in Byron Bay, Australia. Our designs are exclusive to online and our two boutiques in either Byron Bay or Brisbane.
How does Afterpay work? Afterpay is available for Australian, New Zealand and UK customer orders and is similar to lay-by, however, instead of waiting for your purchase, it's sent immediately! Afterpay’s instalment plan means you can pay off your purchase in four equal instalments due every fortnight.
First-time Afterpay customers provide payment details as per usual, whilst returning customers can just log-in to make a new purchase. To use Afterpay, select the Afterpay option at checkout. After checkout, your order will be shipped to you as per our standard despatch timing.
At any time, you can log-in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and pre-pay a payment before the due date. If no pre-payments are made, Afterpay will automatically deduct the payments from your debit or credit card every fortnight on the payment date.
