Terms & Conditions

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorization on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail or prior to purchase.

If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Auguste The Label. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Auguste The Label is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Competition: Win a Weekend Trip to Byron Bay for You & Your Bestie

1. Promoter:
   The promoter of this competition is Auguste The Label, based 8/314 Burleigh Connection Rd, Burleigh Heads. 
2. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to people aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Auguste The Label, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
• Order placed must not be refunded in order to be eligible. 

3. Competition Period:

• The competition opens on October 6th, 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on October 21st, 2024.
• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must place an order of $150 or more at Auguste The Label between now and October 21st, 2024.
• For an additional entry, participants can tag their bestie in the competition post on our @augustethelabel Instagram account. 
• Multiple entries are allowed—one entry per $150 order, and additional entries for each bestie tagged.
• All entries must comply with these T&Cs to be eligible.

5. Prize:
   One lucky winner will receive a luxurious weekend getaway to Byron Bay for themselves and one guest (their "bestie"). The prize includes:

• Round-trip flights to Byron Bay for two people valued at $600. 

This is in the form of a Flight Centre voucher to the value of $600 which the winner will receive to book the flights themselves. If flights are over $600 the winner will be required to pay the additional amount. 

• Three-night stay at @BasqHouse Byron Bay for up to two people valued at $1500. 

Stay is for a Town Room or Lane Room, subject to availability of these room types at the time of enquiry.  

Valid for travel up to and including 31 August 2025. Blackout dates: 24 Dec '24 - 11 Jan '25, 4-26 Apr '25, . 

Voucher expires 31 August 2025 (strictly no extensions, regardless of circumstance).

The hotels prevailing minimum length of stay restrictions apply. 

Guests are responsible for settling all incidental charges including minibar, or any food and beverage consumed within the hotel. 

Prize must be consumed in one single stay. 

• Dinner for two at @pixiebyronbay to the value of $200. 

This is a Pixie Byron Bay voucher to the value of $200 valid for 12 months from the issue date. 

• A bathhouse session for two at @thebanya_mullumbimby to the value of $120. 

This is in the form of a gift voucher to the value of $120 to cover 2 x 90 minute bathhouse sessions valid for 12 months from the issue date. 

• $500 to spend at a private styling session in our @augustethelabel Byron Bay Boutique

The total prize value is approximately $2920. 

6. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by Wednesday 23rd October, 2024.
• The winner will be notified by email or direct message within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 4 business days, another winner may be chosen.

7. Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and any necessary travel documents.
• Any additional travel costs or overall costs involved with the prize are not included and must be paid by the winner 

8. Additional Prizes for Social Media Entries:

• A few lucky winners from those who tag their bestie on social media will also receive special prizes, chosen at random.

9. Publicity:

• By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to this competition without further compensation.

10. General:

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.
• The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Special offers

From time to time, customers will receive special offers via email or SMS. These are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Loyalty Rewards. If your special offer includes a minimum spend, your order must reach this amount for your offer to apply. If your order is refunded, the amount will be less any discounts received and your offer is unable to be used again.

Loyalty Rewards

Customers can redeem loyalty points for savings on their order at checkout by selecting the reward in the drop-down menu. 200 points = $10 off, 400 points = $20 off, 600 points = $30 off, 800 points = $40 off, 1,000 points = $50 off, 1,200 points = $60 off, 1,400 points = $70 off, 1,600 points = $80 off, 1,800 points = $90 off & 2,000 points = $100 off. Customers must spend $100 to redeem a reward between the value of $10 and $80, or $110 to redeem a $90 reward or $120 to redeem a $100 reward. Loyalty rewards are unable to be combined with any other offer. Any refunds issued will be less any discounts applied.

This competition will run from Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 8am AEST until Wednesday 16th October 2024 at midnight AEDT. To enter, entrants must enter their name + email address between the promotional period and sign up to receive marketing communications. There will be four (4) winners. Prize '$500 Auguste Wardrobe Vouchers'' is a 1 x $500 gift card, valid for 3 x years from the issue date, which can be redeemed on www.au.augustethelabel.com. Winner will be contacted via email by midnight Friday 18th October AEDT and have two business days to claim their prize before it is forfeited and redrawn.
