Order Confirmation and Changes
Once an order is placed with Auguste the Label, including the selected price, delivery address, and style at checkout, it is considered final. Changes to any part of the order, including price, address, or style, cannot be made once the order has been confirmed. This ensures that we can fulfill our delivery timelines and provide a smooth processing experience. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.
Stock Avalability
Auguste the Label regularly conducts stock counts to ensure our inventory is up to date; however, as we operate across two websites, stock quantities are not updated in real time. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to fulfill your order from our Byron Boutique. If this is not possible, you will be offered a full refund or the option to select an alternative item of your choice.
International Orders and Duties and Taxes
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorization on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail or prior to purchase.
If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Auguste The Label. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Auguste The Label is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Special offers
From time to time, customers will receive special offers via email or SMS. These are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Loyalty Rewards. If your special offer includes a minimum spend, your order must reach this amount for your offer to apply. If your order is refunded, the amount will be less any discounts received, and your offer is unable to be used again.
Auguste Insider Loyalty Rewards
Customers can earn loyalty rewards by signing up for the Auguste Insider Loyalty Program and making qualifying purchases. Once enrolled, customers can redeem loyalty points for savings on their orders at checkout by selecting the reward from the drop-down menu. Points can be redeemed in the following increments: 200 points for $10 off, 400 points for $20 off, 600 points for $30 off, 800 points for $40 off, 1,000 points for $50 off, 1,200 points for $60 off, 1,400 points for $70 off, 1,600 points for $80 off, 1,800 points for $90 off, and 2,000 points for $100 off. To redeem a reward between $10 and $80, customers must spend a minimum of $100; for a $90 reward, a minimum spend of $110 is required; and for the $100 reward, customers must spend at least $120. Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other sale offer or discounts. Any refunds issued will be less any discounts applied, and reward points used during the transaction will not be refunded.
Birthday Rewardsare available to loyalty program members based on their tier, with 400 points for standard members, 500 points for Silver tier members, 600 points for Gold tier members, and 800 points for VIP customers. Customers can earn one Birthday Reward per calendar year, which allows VIP customers to receive a special gift on their birthday. If a customer signs up and sets their birthday to more than 30 days away, they will receive their reward on their birthday as scheduled. However, if the birthday is set to less than 30 days away, a 30-day waiting period from the date of sign-up will apply. Only purchases made after this 30-day waiting period will qualify to earn points, as customers must be enrolled in the Loyalty Program to accumulate points from qualifying purchases. Loyalty points earned will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Welcome Code
Our Welcome code is available exclusively to email subscribers and can be used for orders over $150 AUD. The code is valid for a single use per email address and can not be redeemed with any other discounts or offers.
