Full Priced Items

Auguste pieces that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a return for a refund, store credit or an exchange within 14 day of delivery date. 

Sale Items 

Auguste pieces purchased from our Sale Collection are a Final Sale and are not eligible for a return for an exchange or refund. Sale items are marked as "Final Sale" which is specified on the product pages. By purchasing a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree that these products cannot be returned or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued. However, if a Final Sale item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue in accordance with our Damaged/Defective Goods Policy. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

14 Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Auguste gladly accepts returns within 14 days from the date that your order was delivered under the following conditions.
