Processing & Delivery Times
Orders will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All Auguste orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Burleigh Heads, Australia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care at: customercare@augustethelabel.com.Please note- Once your order has been placed, we are sadly unable to change the delivery method.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, transit times are out of our control once the parcel is with the carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to reasons such as weather, courier service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking tracking updates directly with the carrier for real-time delivery information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex or Star Track. Please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-5 Business days for Express.

Shipping to New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand are shipped via DHL Express, UPS Express or Australia Post with delivery estimated within 2–9 business days. A flat rate of $15 applies to all shipments. Please note that using a parcel locker as your delivery address may cause delays.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, or Australia Post. Once dispatched, your order will be fully trackable and is estimated to arrive within 3 to 9 business days.
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Auguste the Label will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Auguste the Label cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees. Please note, we currently do not ship to Israel, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Qatar, Russia, and Syria.
Tariff & Import Duty Policy (Applicable to U.S. Customers)
As of recent changes in U.S. trade policy, all international shipments entering the United States, regardless of value or country of origin, may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs listed on our website.
Historically, most of our shipments fell below the $800 de minimis threshold and were exempt from tariffs. However, this exemption has now been removed for all shipments.
Our products are manufactured in various countries, including India, Indonesia, and China. Country of origin may vary by item.
If you have any concerns or would like clarification on the country of origin before placing your order, please contact our customer care team at customercare@augustethelabel.
If you choose to refuse a shipment, please be aware that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and return shipping fees incurred during the return process. These fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
